NPTVI is so proud that our very own Terrestrial Warden Glendon Gregg has secured a scholarship to undertake a two year Forestry Diploma at the University of Trinidad and Tobago!
This was made possible through the Virgin Island's Government participation in an OECS project entitled, 'Integrated Landscape Approaches and Investments in Sustainable Land Management' (ILM). The aim of this initiative is to strengthen and build technical capacity within the Forestry sub-sector, in areas such as the management of forests, land, parks and wildlife, and water resources, towards a sustainable future.
We wish Glendon good luck and look forward to all the skills he will bring back to the BVI!
